CANADA & THE USA

Eastern Canada and New England

There’s nothing quite like the East Coast of Canada and the Northeastern USA. Coastal views, culture hubs, history, amazing seafood and picturesque scenery.

Our favourite places to visit:

  • Montreal, Quebec

  • Quebec City

  • Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island

  • Halifax, Nova Scotia

  • Saint John, New Brunswick

  • Bar Harbor, Maine

  • Portland, Maine

Due to the colder winters, the best time to visit is in the summer and early fall. Go during the fall if you want to see the colourful foliage.

Alaska

Alaska is a vast state, with more coastline than all other U.S. states combined. Fortunately, some spectacular sections of that coastline can be seen and explored via cruise ship. Everyone will be awed by the majestic scenery, which ranges from lush coastal rainforests to massive glaciers that send newborn icebergs crashing into the sea. The wildlife is just as impressive: delight in watching a family of bears moving along the shore or watch a pod of whales surface in the water. There are also many excursions you can take part in while on a cruise to Alaska. The grandeur of the scenery, a unique culture and magnificent wildlife maintain Alaska’s position as a top cruise destination. Our travel experts will put together the perfect itinerary for you where you can cruise to Alaska and visits ports in the US and Vancouver.

Our favourite areas include:

  • Ketchikan

  • Juneau

  • Skagway

  • South Central Alaska/Anchorage

The best time to go to Alaska is May through September.
